Bay View Service

Trustworthy, reasonably priced, expert mechanics. We have trusted them to take care of multiple vehicles for many years and they have never let us down!

Went in for an oil change and asked them to check my engine as it was getting louder. They found I had a leaky water pump and fixed it quickly. They also showed me the part when I went in to pick up so I could understand what had happened. This isn’t the first time in, they’ve always been transparent and honest. * Bonus - they are very dog friendly and love when you bring in your pup!

My bands van broke down outside of town while on tour and bay side had us in the next morning, looked over the van, diagnosed the problem, and let us know all within a couple of hours and here honest and up front about not being able to fix the issue (while recommending the business that fixed it the following morning at a great rate). Some of the best service I’ve ever gotten from an auto shop!

The front desk lady was super kind and told us she'd get the mechanic to push us to the front of the line since we were leaving in a few days. I called Bay View Service this morning freaking out because my brakes (at least I was hoping it was just my brakes) were making a weird noise. They were able to get me in at 12:30 and had my car done by 3:30. They are fast, friendly, efficient and - most importantly- HONEST. They replaced my rear brake pads and rotors, but told me the front still had some life left and didn't need to be replaced right now. The price was fair, and I will definitely be back! Marie, if you read this, Moose says "thank you" for the dog treat.
