Legacy Auto Center

I went to this shop to renew my plates and get my emissions test. They told me I needed a new canister, asked for my approval but offered no part options or cost breakdown. They charged $325 for a mid-range part that didn’t fix the issue. They just reset the check engine light and told me to drive 30 miles. I passed the test, but the light came back on. When I returned, hoping for a free follow-up, they wanted $200 more for spark plugs with no guarantee. They also tried charging $105 for the sticker when it’s $88 at the DMV. Wait times were excessive, and the staff didn’t seem properly trained. It feels like they care more about making money than actually helping. I don’t recommend this plac…

The service was very successful. The customer service was excellent. Not only did I get great service but felt very good and appreciated as a customer. Thank you guys so much for your help. Keep up the good work.

Great service, friendly, great price! I came in a few months ago and needed some work done. I couldn’t afford everything all at once, so they gave me a break down and let me know what was most important. When my husband returned later to finish repairs, they honored the quote they originally gave me. Truly wonderful service!

Top-notch service. Tony was very accommodating - had my emission testing done and he was able to set me up with an appointment very quickly. On the day of the service itself, DMV had issues with their server so Tony took the time to call them and get it fixed. Efforts are unmatched, service was quick and would recommend them for your car servicing needs!

Stopped in for an emissions test. Service was very fast. They also took care of vehicle registration. Very reasonable price. Would come back again!
